Welcome to our recently remodeled one-bedroom unit, blending the charm of a boutique hotel with the comfort of a home. Nestled in a great residential neighborhood, it’s just a short walk from historic Main Street, the River Trail, and local shopping and dining spots.

This unit is the size of a small hotel suite and contains everything you need to be comfortable . There is a plush blanket in the coffee table, which lifts up for dining and is on wheels so you can clear a space to practice yoga.

You have access to this unit, the attached porch and all common areas on the property.

This is a downtown, residential area and its been my neighborhood for almost 20 years. It is safe, walkable and near many bus stops. You will hear the train as it comes through town, you might hear some automobile traffic and in the summer residential construction in the area is likely.

Although not know for its public transportation, Grand Junction is becoming easier to access without a car. Buses, Uber and taxis are available. Bike commuting is a thing here and we have bike lanes so bring your wheels and self propel! (There is a bike rack on the premises--bring your own lock)

Recreational Marrijuana is legal in Colorado. Please enjoy responsibly. If damage to the unit occurs due to any kind of smoking inside the unit a $200 charge will be filed with Airbnb. It is also not possible for me to controll the usage of the residents in the surrounding area.
